• Cookies and similar identifiers set by the Meta Pixel

3. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, cookies and ad attribution

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand which ads lead to estimate requests and appointments, we use the Meta Pixel (a tool that runs in your browser and uses cookies) and the Meta Conversions API (which sends similar information from our servers).

When you view this page, submit a request, tap to call us or book an inspection, we may send Meta a record of that action along with technical details such as your browser information, cookie identifiers and ad click ID. Where we send contact details such as your phone number, email or name, they are converted into a coded (hashed) form before being sent. Meta may use this information as described in its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We may also report later steps in your project, such as whether an inspection took place or an estimate was sent, to measure ad results. This information may be used to measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited this website (retargeting) where that advertising feature is in use.

You can limit this tracking by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings and by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Some parts of this website may not work as expected if cookies are blocked.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not distribute your information or your estimate request to other roofing contractors or lead buyers.

4. Service providers we work with

We share information with technology and service providers only as needed to operate this website and serve you. These include:

• Website hosting and secure database providers
• Google (calendar scheduling and business review display)
• Meta Platforms (advertising measurement)
• Email delivery providers (appointment confirmations and internal lead notifications)
• An address lookup service based on OpenStreetMap data, which receives the address text you type in order to suggest matches

5. How long we keep information

We keep customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, fulfill warranty obligations, and comply with applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Your choices and requests

Requests are reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and our recordkeeping requirements, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Calls, texts and communication preferences

By submitting a request, you ask us to contact you about your estimate or inspection using the phone number or email you provide. Separately, you may choose to check a box agreeing to receive calls and text messages, which may include automated messages. That consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting an estimate or purchasing any goods or services.

Automated text-message confirmations are not currently enabled. If we send you text messages in the future, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you by calling (941) 724-3470. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop messages directly related to an appointment you have scheduled.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including restricted staff-only access to lead records, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults seeking roofing services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
